a) Duty to provide information in accordance with § 36 VSBG:
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
b) Duty to provide information pursuant to § 37 VSBG:
The federal universal arbitration board, Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de, would be responsible. However, we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this consumer arbitration board.
c) Voluntary dispute resolution at the Dental Association
If there are disputes arising from the treatment relationship with our practice, there is the possibility of an out-of-court arbitration procedure. Please contact the Baden-Württemberg Dental Association for this purpose
